Hirshberg Foundation Grants are available through Cancer Care for counseling and financial assistance.


Cancer Support Community
They provide free support, education and hope to people with cancer and their loved ones.  Patients and families can participate in professionally-led support groups, educational workshops, nutrition and exercise programs and stress-reduction classes.  All programs are provided free of charge in a home-like community setting.


American Pancreatic Association
The American Pancreatic Association is an organization for physicians and researchers interested in diseases of the exocrine pancreas. Their mission is to foster clinical and basic science research needed to cure diseases of the pancreas.


Simms Mann Center at UCLA for Integrative Oncology
The Simms/Mann Center is a national model for providing integrative patient care for individuals and families touched by cancer.  They offer nutritional guidance, emotional support and alternative medicine as well as psychosocial support, mind/body approaches, groups and counseling.  


Patient Resource Cancer Guide 
A guide of treatment and facilities (free of charge) for patients and their families.  This site offers patient advocacy and empowerment through education.


The Extra Mile
An organization set up to unite patients and families through milage that is collected from donors. If you have family member with a cancer diagnosis that is living out of state, contact the Extra Mile for further information.  You can also contact the Extra Mile if you would like to donate milage to their cause.   


Angel Flight West
Angel Flight West is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Their network of 1,600 pilots throughout the 13 western states donate their aircraft, piloting skills, and all flying costs to help families in need, enabling them to receive vital treatment that might otherwise be inaccessible because of financial, medical, or geographic limitations.
